[Suggestion] Have RtP search the All Users Start Menu

It seems that, when I go to add games to Ready to Play, it only searches the %USERPROFILE%\Start Menu folder. It should also search the [Documents]\All Users\Start Menu folder. Many games put their shortcuts in the All Users' folder rather than the current user's start menu.
